In this program, we're not just doing any exercises – we're doing ones that are perfect for kiteboarding. They make your muscles stronger, give you more power, and help you get more body aware so that you can progress like a pro.

Each class starts 18:00 Central European Time (CET).
Can't make it live? No worries! All classes will be recorded and accessible for an entire week.

CLASS DESCRIPTION

WBA STRENGTH: Classic resistance training session using elastic bands and weights. This session is all about building strength, making those muscles work, and getting you ready to conquer the challenges ahead.

MOBILITY YOGA: Vinyasa flow in our Mobility Yoga session. This practice is designed to promote flexibility, strengthen your balance, and ensuring you're limber and ready for action.

POWER: It's all about power! We'll focus on achieving a strong takeoff and mastering powerful spins on the water. Get ready to enhance your power game for an even more thrilling kiteboarding experience.

LEG & CORE STRENGTH: Class dedicated to your legs and core. Strengthening these areas is key for great take off and landing control while kiteboarding.
